How to enter:

1. Please e-transfer entry fee to MYBIfoundation@gmail.com before April 17th. ($20 Per Entry)

2. Follow the prompts and fill out the form located below to register.

3. When the 2024/2025 NHL Playoff Matchups are officially set after the last regular season game on April 17th, an additional form will be sent out where players can fill out their Bracket Picks. The Bracket selection form must be completed by April 21st, 2025 to be eligable for the prize money.
